Fried Brown Rice

I LOOOOVE going to Kobe's Japanese Steakhouse but with all of the extra oils they add it's not exactly 21 Day Fix friendly!  I prefer indulging in chocolates rather than treating myself to a treat meal.  After some some experimenting in the kitchen I decided to WHIP up something kinda fancy!  This behavior typically happens when Keith is on duty too!

Here's recipe that's sure to solve your salty tooth for some fried rice!  Hope you enjoy this one as much as we did!!
Serves 2
Container equivalent 1/2 red, 1 yellow, 1 green, 1/2 orange

Ingredients
2 whole eggs (counts as 1 red container)
1 cup of cooked brown rice
2 cups of veggies (I use red onion and chopped carrots)
1 orange Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
1. Saute carrots in a pan with hot olive oil on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
2. Toss in raw onion and cook for another 5 minutes or until semi-translucent.
3. Add two eggs to the mixture and scramble together.
4. Add rice and stir up.
5. Add in liquid aminos and continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes.

Divide into two bowls and top with teriyaki salmon or chicken, serve and enjoy!
