I have been tiny my ENTIRE life. I never realized I was technically smaller than everyone else until after hitting puberty when all of my other girl friends were growing massive breasts and their asses were increasing by the second.

My Journey Overcoming Life's Challenges
I’ve
been meaning to write this post but have been putting it off for two
weeks. 2015 left me emotionally and
physically DRAINED! I had put my
business on the back burner, received a promotion at work and lost my
grandmother to aggressive lung cancer.
The loss
of my grandmother SHOOK my WORLD. I
thought watching the loss of previous grandparents would prepare me for
witnessing the loss of my mother’s mother.
What I didn’t realize is that this time it was different. I was an adult. There were more memories and as an adult our
minds tend to run wild and our emotions wreak havoc.
New Year, New You
A NEW year means a NEW me! I've set some pretty intense and up there goals for the 2016 year! Some are fitness related while MOST are not! My goals for the 2016 year are setting the bar rather HIGH and I'm ready to WORK WORK WORK to get there!
With setting new goals and dreaming new dreams I'm EAGER and SUPER excited to also be helping other people in reaching their goals too! Again, health and fitness related and NOT.
We're more likely to REACH our goals by supporting, working and encouraging one another TOGETHER!
Homemade Teriyaki Marinade
If you're anything like me you enjoy a gooooood teriyaki marinade! When you're working towards your health and fitness goals and are craving that salty sweet goodness it can be quite tempting to step into that Chinese restaurant.
Before you take one step further, STOP right there and try out this tasty marinade! I like to add this to chicken and make easy chicken kabobs! Toss those bad boys on the grill and put over easy homemade fried rice and you're golden!
Simple Steps to Creating a Happier Life NOW
I have been working on finding happiness for the last 27 years. It was not until recently that I decided, "Brittany, why don't you just decide to be happy rather than attempting to find it!"
All of my life I was told that I need to have lots of money in order to be happy. Little did I know that was VERY far from the truth. Would it make some areas of my life a little less complicated; possibly. But, there is no guarantee that money will bring happiness.
However, there are a TON of tiny little things we can do in order to truly BE a happy person outside of our existing circumstances. I strongly recommend you follow these practices and incorporate them into your life today.
1. Fake it. Someone once told me, "feelings follow actions." This was an old call center manager who reminded me over and over that my personal life was reflecting through the calls at work. I was MUCH younger then but it was a hard lesson learned. He actually purchased a tiny mirror and placed it on my monitor. I was advised that I must smile through every call and look at my smile. Eventually I noticed my outside troubles quickly disappeared from the forefront of my mind and I had better shifts at work.
